How To Fix Android Phone With Screen That Keeps Flashing

There appears a flash screen on some people's new Android phones,

Steps: Settings > Display > Brightness. Deselect the option "Automatic/Adaptive brightness".

Note: Selecting the option "Automatic/Adaptive brightness" means the brightness of your screen changes as the outside light.
